John R. Nichols

John R. Nichols, 76, of rural Claypool, Indiana and of Sun City, Arizona passed on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at the Arrowhead Hospital of Glendale, Arizona. He was born on Oct. 29, 1939 in Wabash County, Indiana to Ralph and G. Eunice (Metzger) Nichols. He was married on June 14, 1959 in Silver Lake, Indiana to Dixie Polk, she survives. John was a Dairy Farmer and worked for 10 years at R.R. Donnelley & Sons of Reno, Nevada retiring in 1998. John was a 1958 graduate of Claypool High School. He was a member of the Silver Creek Church of God. John and his wife in later years lived in Reno, Nevada and Sun City, Arizona.
