Barbara L. Holloway Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Barbara L. Holloway, 76, of rural Mentone, Indiana passed at 8:15 am, Monday, July 11, 2022 at her residence. Barbara was born on Oct. 26, 1945 in Fulton County, Ind. to the late George W. and Amanda E. (Winegardner) Harvey. She married on Sept. 28, 1968 in Talma, Ind. to Michael E. Holloway, he survives. She was a 1963 graduate of Rochester High School. In earlier years, she worked for Delco Electronics of Kokomo and lastly she worked for Midwest Spring and Stamping of Mentone, retiring in 2012. She enjoyed playing in the bowling league in Warsaw, as well as bingo, euchre, walking, and exercising. But most of all, she loved celebrating birthdays with her sisters. She is survived by her husband Michael Holloway Sr. of Mentone; sons Michael Holloway Jr. of Warsaw, Mitchell and wife Michelle Holloway of Mentone, and Mason and wife Priscilla Holloway of Bourbon and; grandchildren Lindsey, Layne, Miranda, Logan, Maddux, and Addalyn; great grandchildren Hallie and Harper; sisters Donnabelle Rogers of Winamac, Doris Warner of Rochester, and Carol Kindig of Mentone. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Marjorie Cave, Betty Putman, Linda Brennan, and brothers George Harvey Jr. and Donald Harvey. The arrangements have been entrusted to King Memorial Home 101 North Tucker Street Mentone, Indiana. Following her wishes, no services will be held at this time.
